Cancellation & Payment Policy
ā¢ All deposits are non-refundable.
ā¢ Cancellations on the day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
ā¢ Same-day rescheduling is not permitted.
ā¢ Clients with a high cancellation rate will automatically be required to pay in full online when booking.
ā¢ A minimum of 48 hoursā notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
ā¢ The full outstanding balance must be settled before any further appointments can be booked.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
ā¢ Less than 48 hoursā notice: 80% charge
ā¢ 24 hoursā notice or no-shows: 100% charge
Late Arrivals
ā¢ If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may be unable to accommodate your appointment and reserve the right to cancel it.
ā¢ In this case, the applicable cancellation fee will still apply.
ā¢ Where possible, I may offer to reschedule your appointment; this is at my discretion.
