During the Christmas period a deposit will be taken for all booking!
It’s a busy time of year so please try not to swap appointments.
I will try and accommodate where I can, but it may not be possible!
Deposits are non refundable!
If you have a high cancellation rate the system will automatically require full payment online.
Please provide at least 48hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
The full balance must be paid before any further treatments can be booked.
48hrs notice is needed for rescheduling or Cancellation.
Less then -48 hrs 80%
24hrs or no shows- 100%
Furthermore, if you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate you and reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
I will try to reschedule your appointment if possible, this is at my discretion.
